How do I use it?

Kidding, place {{User:Matt78/ShrubNotice-new}} on whatever page you want to use it on. (but don't put it on mainspace pages, only use it for pages in your userspace and stuff like that.)
For a version without the April Fools template, add {{User:Matt78/ShrubNotice-new/no-april-fools}}
For a version with the Humor template instead of the April Fools one, add {{User:Matt78/ShrubNotice-new/humor-template}}
